My Gratia today is for my baby brother...

who is 31.

We just had a wonderful visit from my brother, his wife and their cutest two year old ever. Thanks so much for the visit we love having you and I am so grateful for being able to have the privilege to call you my brother.

My Gratia today is for eating a picnic lunch really fast...

My wonderful husband loves to have us come to his work eat lunch at a cute little table behind the building. Today we ate really fast watching the HUGE encroaching thunderstorm bear down on us. We could feel the air temp dramatically drop but we were determined to enjoy ourselves for as long as possible be it for only about 15 minutes.

My Gratia today is for meditation...

I have been trying unsuccessfully for some time to get into meditation. Being a scattered brained person it has seemed near impossible for me to focus my mind for more then a few seconds. Today, though I think I may have had a break through. I meditated for ten minutes and it was glorious. Finished up with a short session of Yoga in my living room and have felt pretty darn good all day.

My Gratia today is for listening to a thunderstorm and my kids reading to me...

It is really raining today with a almost constant roll of thunder. I banned the TV for the afternoon and we are having a great rainy day inside. The kids are looking at books and reading to me. A nice day to be inside.
