My Gratia today is for meditation...
I have been trying unsuccessfully for some time to get into meditation. Being a scattered brained person it has seemed near impossible for me to focus my mind for more then a few seconds. Today, though I think I may have had a break through. I meditated for ten minutes and it was glorious. Finished up with a short session of Yoga in my living room and have felt pretty darn good all day.
