Today my Gratia is for massage therapists. 

My back has been out since last Wednesday. I have been living in denial that it will get better on it's own. Well it hasn't and I am so so so excited to get to have a massage today and an adjustment and acupuncture tomorrow. The crazy and sad thing is I put it out by laying on the couch in an uncomfortable position. Really sad isn't it. I wish I could say I was climbing a mountain or rescuing kittens or something. Oh well, I am so happy I have access to relief and that I have finally convinced myself that I don't have super human healing powers.
